I’ve had this mattress for a few weeks now, i’m kind of over it. I keep waking up sore and way too hot, and it just doesn’t feel comfortable no matter how I try to settle in. I bought it expecting something much better for the price, but I’m exhausted and don’t really have the time or patience to keep dealing with it

The material feels okay overall, but definitely not premium. It’s not terrible, but I can’t help feeling like I might’ve paid for something a little nicer than what I got...

I really wanted this to help, but I kept waking up with sore hips every single morning. After a few nights, it felt like I was losing sleep and comfort instead of gaining any relief, so it just wasn’t worth it for me

I ordered from Layla Sleep and, the shipping felt like it took forever. Maybe I just had bad timing, but the tracking hardly updated, so I kept checking it myself and never really knew what was going on. The mattress did finally show up, just later than I expected, and by then I was already kind of frustrated. Not exactly the best first experience.

I got the Layla mattress thinking it might finally help with my lower back pain, but quickly my gut told me this wasn’t going to be the one. I kept waking up stiff and achy, and even after sticking with it for a few weeks, it never really got better.

I can’t say for sure if it was too soft or just not supportive in the right places, but my body definitely wasn’t happy with it. I really wanted to like it, so it was disappointing to feel worse instead of getting any relief.

The mattress arrived in good shape, but wow, the smell was strong the first night. I was a little worried and didn’t really feel like dealing with customer service, since I never fully trust that they’ll be helpful with stuff like this. Luckily, after about two days of airing it out, the smell went away. It’s actually really comfortable now, but I’m taking off one star for the initial odor

In the end, I never got any help. I reached out to customer service and waited for a response, but they just never got back to me...

At first it seemed fine, but i kind of had a feeling it wasn’t going to hold up. After about three months, it started sagging, and now my back is hurting. Definitely disappointed because I expected it to last way longer

I’ve been sleeping on my Layla mattress for a little over a year now, it’s been doing well. I was mostly worried about it getting saggy or developing those weird soft spots, but so far I haven’t noticed anything like that.
The edges might be a tiny bit softer than they were at the beginning, but it’s not something that really bothers me day to day. I do rotate it here and there, though probably not as often as I should 😅
I’m giving it 4 stars for now because I’d like to see how it holds up after another year or so. But at this point, it still feels comfortable and durable overall...

I picked up my Layla during a sale, i feel good about the purchase. Shipping went smoothly, and setting it up wasn’t a hassle at all. The mattress is comfortable overall, maybe not the absolute best mattress I’ve ever tried, but for the price I paid, it definitely feels like a solid deal. I’m happy with it and don’t regret buying it

I really wanted to like this, but it was just way too firm. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor, and every morning I woke up sore and uncomfortable. Maybe it works for people who love an extra-firm feel, but for me it was a rough experience.

I had been waiting all week for this mattress to show up, so it was frustrating when it finally got delivered in such rough shape. The box was ripped, dirty, and looked like it had been dragged around for a while. One side was even partly open by the time it got to my door, which made me nervous that the mattress might have been damaged before I even brought it inside. After looking forward to it for days, this was definitely not the arrival I expected.

I ended up returning my mattress, and it wasn’t a horrible experience, just slower than I thought it would be. Customer service did get back to me, but I had to nudge them a couple times before the pickup was fully sorted out. Weirdly, I remember the pickup guy was wearing bright orange socks, which for some reason stuck in my mind. The refund came through after everything was picked up, so it worked out in the end. Not bad overall, but the process could definitely be a little smoother.

I bought the Layla mostly because I was hoping it would help me sleep cooler than my old mattress. To be fair, it does feel nice and cool when I first lie down, and for the first hour or so it seems better than what I had before.
But I still wake up warm some nights, especially if the room itself isn’t already cool. I guess I was annoyed because the cooling claims felt kind of vague, like it was supposed to be this big difference, but for me it was just okay. Not a bad mattress, just not as cooling as I expected. 3 stars.

The mattress is comfortable overall, so I don’t regret getting it, but I can still feel my partner moving around during the night. It’s not awful or anything, and I know no mattress is going to block every little movement, but I did expect the motion isolation to be a bit stronger. I was kind of embarrassed having to keep checking back and waiting for a reply. Support took a few days to get back to me, and when they finally did, my issue still wasn’t really fixed. I get that things can get busy, but the whole experience left me feeling frustrated.

I’m kind of tired of dealing with stuff like this. The edges feel way too soft, and I keep sliding off the side when I’m near the edge. I really didn’t want to have to contact support or go through another hassle, but it’s frustrating.

I unpacked my Layla mattress on my own, and it was kind of a hit or miss experience. The mattress was heavier than I expected, and the box showed up a little beat up, which wasn’t a great first impression. The setup itself wasn’t exactly hard, but it was awkward trying to move it into place and cut through the plastic by myself. It did expand fine after a while, so no major complaints there. Overall, not bad, but definitely not as easy as I was hoping

Overall, the base works good and raises just fine!!! The remote does lag every now and then, which can be a little annoying, but it still gets the job done!!!
